Welcome to the Dynamic Innovation Classroom!

We have designed this course for learners who would like to embark on a dynamic innovation journey that accounts for systemic and holistic aspects of both the problem and the solution space.
You will be guided through the contents by coaching and reflection videos in each chapter. Along the phases START, DISCOVER & EXPLORE, TRANSFORM, CREATE and IMPLEMENT and learn about innovation practices, team organization, project management and get to practice several methods to develop your own project.

Why is this course called "Dynamic Innovation"?

In a world that is everchanging we need to be able to react and adapt dynamically. The same skills are necessary in an innovation project, where different aspects, like the entrepreneurial personality, team dynamics, the systems surrounding you, sustainability and responsibility as well as finding truly the best solution for your problem, ask for dynamic reactions every step of the way.
